How tutor verification works
Every tutor submits their NID (national ID) and education documents before they can be matched. Our team checks the documents, verifies the institution, and only then marks the profile as Verified. Self-reported claims are never shown as verified stats — ratings and session counts come from real, logged platform activity.

The managed-payment guarantee
In managed mode you pay the platform monthly and receive an official branded receipt. The tutor is paid on schedule after your payment clears, and their payout is blocked unless your monthly study report is submitted. If something goes wrong, our dispute team mediates with the locked study-log evidence — first response within 24 hours.

Elite Tutors is a registered business in Bangladesh. Trade license and company information are available on request — contact us at the details below and we will share the documents.
Refund & replacement policy
Not satisfied with a matched tutor? Request a replacement from your dashboard — our staff arranges a new verified match. For managed assignments, unused prepaid amounts are refundable per the policy shown at payment time. Placement fees are only charged after a successful match.
